 Chuan-Cheung Enterprise Co., Ltd. has specialized in producing knife sharpeners for more than 25 years. We have been engaged in R&D and improving product quality for the products from Europe.
Our main products are sharpening steel, impact-resistant ceramic knife sharpeners and diamond coating sharpeners.
For the sharpening steel, there are three kinds: general teeth which are used to complement a knife set as a basic sharpening tool, Fine teeth are in medium grade and Ultra-fine steel is in exclusive research and development. The hardness of sharpening steel is HRC65+/-1.5 degrees. They are popular with Professional Chefs and Butchers.
Our impact-resistant ceramic sharpeners are anti-break & shock-absorbing. They have attained patents from Mainland China, Germany, the USA and Taiwan Area. The raw materials are imported from Japan and are 100% processed in Taiwan Area. We use special sintering technology to attain ultra-high firmness and accurate straightness. The hardness is at Mohs 8 under SGS testing. They are suitable for the high quality steel knives. We have improved another new product of ceramic sharpeners with hardness at Mohs 9 used in sharpening ceramic knives.
For the diamond coating sharpeners, we have imported high-grade diamond powder from De Beers and complete all the products in Taiwan area. They are suitable for the knives in higher hardness, such as sickles and garden knives.
